Hi, here is a little about me: I am a Cat Mom to Mitts & Piper. They are my grrrllls. I love to gab and make new friends. I hope to meet a lot of others for support. we can do this together!! I am a yo yo dieter and binge eater who needs to get to my goal weight and stay there.

My Goals:
To get in shape, stop yo yoing and feel fit. Reduce risks for age related health problems. Feel great and be active and healthy. And meet new friends on here.
To be fit and healthy. To find balance in working out in fun ways and enjoying life. To eat healthily and lose weight and also help my two overweight kitties reach their weight loss and fitness goals too...

My Program:
2013 is my year to get in shape. I have set specific goals and am excited to reach for them!! My schedule varies so my plan will also. I commit to Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 4 days a week, cardio and strength training. I have a wii fit and wii active and also do Leslie sansone and Coach nicoles DVD. I love the elliptical machines at the ymca and hit the gym often. I also hit hydrofit classes and add swimming for an hour in the pool when I can get there.

Personal Information:
I live in Washington State. Married with two Beautiful Cats Mitts and Piper. they are My Grrrllls. I love to spend time with family and friends. I love to garden, I grow vegies, some fruit and am now into herbs. I love pretty flowers and am growing Dahlias and lots of neat flowers. I also grow cacti and lots of unusual house-plants. We are remodelling our home so keep busy with that in our spare time.. Exercise consists of getting outside as much as possible, walking biking, hiking, swimming. I love all kinds of crafts and fun things.

Other Information:
Looking forward to getting in shape and buying a new wardrobe. Since my weight gain I have not purchased any new clothes and am seriously in need of some clothes... So a smaller size will be a great motivational boost...
