My Dietcian informed me about Sparkpeople and to give it a try. I was 33 when I started to put on weight mostly due to major depression after the losses of family and friends. I made new friends in an online support group I only left the house to go work which was also sitting in front of a computer.

It is only me at home so I stopped cooking, I make sandwiches and have chips on the side along with a soda. Working with my Dietician I have been now only drinking water and herbal tea. I am now eating 2 meals a day and 2 snacks instead of only one meal and no snacks. I am still not getting enough calories in a day.

Exercise has not happened much as of late because of neurological problems with the only clue being that I have dead brain tissue from all of my migraines I have had over the years that my brain signals are not getting to where they are supposed to go. For the past month I have been having tingling and burning sensations all over my body from head to toe.

My Goals:
My long term goal is to go from 197 to 115 pounds by the end of November 2020.

Short term goals are to:

Lose one pound a week.

Meeting my calorie and nutrient goals daily and eat 3 low carb meals a day.

Start by doing 10 minutes of exercise daily.

Write 3 things that went well each day.

Begin journaling.




My Program:
Low Carb diet 30 grams per three meals a day.

At least 10 minutes of strength training daily

At least 10 minutes of cardio daily.
