I was just reading your entry about Full Bars and I just was curious how many calories you have set for your self. I have 150 lbs to lose and this time around I decided not to deprive myself quite so much so I allow myself about 1800 calories per day and really am for the most part quite satisfied. I have snacks of yogurt, Nature Valley granola bars, apples, peanut butter and celery etc. I even fit a bag of chips (290) calories into my limit one day. So just make sure that you are eating enough. Remember to lose 100 lbs in a year is just 2 lbs a week. Yes I want to lose it faster than that but if this way makes me stick with it, that is better.
