    hi kim, i was just stopping by to say hi...i have changed up my workouts because i got so incredibly bored with the shred..so now i am at the track walking/jogging for at least 3 miles and on the off chance i can't make it there then i do the shred that day...i just needed a change...but thank you for your words of encouragement... emoticon

    I lost 16 pounds or so and now headed more toward the fitness end of things rather than weight loss so I felt like you might be on that same path. It's been fun and not so tough once I learned a few things !
