    Hi Kim, nice to hear from you. My husband is proud of my progress and appreciates what I do to help him be healthier, but no, he isn't on board just for himself yet. He is real proud of me and is telling everyone about SP. You know they say "lead by example". We had a lot of fun on our hike yesterday and both of us decided that we really want to do it at least once a month. It's cheap and feels so great to be outdoors and away from civilization for a while. Stay in touch. emoticon

    Thanks for sharing on my page, Kim. Yeah, I got back on it today. Had a small breakfast late-I wasn't even hungry and then a big salad-homemade so I could control what went in it, and walked for 40 min. It's not a bad thing to stop and take a look. We just don't stay stopped there. It's cold and damp here and the arthritis in my shoulder is killing me. Gonna warm it up and have some dinner-grilled fish and roasted vegies, and then call it a nite. Glad you are on my friend list. emoticon
