    Thanks so much for the walking shoes goodie! I've been plodding along rather slowly since some foot surgery last spring, so it was fun to have a reason to track my miles. I see on your page that you've been hiking the Appalachian Trail - that's an impressive undertaking! Until last year, I lived in SW Virginia. One of my favorite books of all time is, "A walk in the woods" by Bill Bryson. I'm sure you've read it - very funny!

    Hi Kim,
    I didn't know if you were back yet from all your hiking. You'd mentioned that you may be interested in doing the X-weighted challenge again in Summer after taking the Spring round off. We're about to start the Summer challenge, so I thought I'd check back and see if you were around yet. I hope to hear back from you as to what's going on and how your hiking went.
