Hi all, I am a 34 year old CSUF student who finally got tired of being tired all the time. I hated looking bad in all my clothes, and having nothing that fit me correctly. I decided that I was ready to do the work and say goodby to all this excess weight. I know I will never be one of those skinny girls, my frame wont allow it, but I do know that I can be both much healthier than I am now, and much less heavy. I will be happy with being a big girl, rather than a fat girl. Besides, anime skirts and leather armor skirts just don't fit right at 100 pounds overweight.

My Goals:
2 years in to my healthy journey and still going at it. My fall semester goal is 10 pounds down (235 to 225). Even once I hit that goal I still have 25 more to go in spring and summer.

My Program:
I am taking an "aerobics and weight management" class and a tai chi class 2 times a week, I do my strength training between classes and try to come to my school rec center on every other friday and work out for a couple of hours there. I also fit a few minutes in here and there by walking to the store, by getting on and off the bus a couple of stops farther than I need to. I have made sure that I have enough fruits and veggies around to use them as a first choice, and I am staying in the habit of going meatless at least 1 full day a week, plus I try to avoid meat at breakfast during the week, but it is a bit of a challenge to eat enough protein with out going over my fat goals.
