    Thanks for stopping by my blog... and yes! Chia seeds are good. I had to get back on them myself. I'd kind of stopped taking them after the chemo messed up my taste buds. SparkPeople has several articles

    I have tried a few of the recipes when I used "Keto Chia" in the search bar for SparkRecipes - http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipes.asp
    ?food=keto+chia&a=

    So those might give you some ideas. I've also read somewhere that there's a way to use chia seed as a vegan substitute for egg whites ... and so, I just put this on pause and went and created the recipe for that (mostly so I could just remember it here, instead of always having to go look it up on this or that website.).
