My Goals:
My goal is to keep my favorite jeans from last year fitting next year.


My Program:
 i am cutting waaay back on the beer and the bread. Experimenting with new foods. I mainly hoop and play disc golf for exercise.

Hula hooping has become a form of medetation for me, and the only athletic thing i have ever enjoyed.
