My name is Kahla, I'm a mommy, girlfriend, and full time caretaker of my elderly father. I'm a baker, and this is my downfall. Cake flour calls to me. My mixer taunts me. Unsalted butter and powdered sugar haunt my dreams.
I was able to reach my goal weight after I had my daughter easily and maintained 128-130 lbs until I started waiting tables in a pizza restaurant and eating more cheesesticks than I care to admit. I eventually had to leave work to become a full time caregiver ...

I eventually had to leave work to become a full time caregiver for my father, and have gained another 8 lbs due to depression and sitting at home all the time doing nothing.
I'm putting a stop to it. 50 lbs in a year and a half is TOO MUCH. Time to get back to my goal weight before I get any more out of control!
