You have to start somewhere


I am a married 40+ female with two children.

I have stuggled with many issues with the biggest one being the weight loss issue. Most of my life I have been heavy and would like to change that.

Scratch that ... I AM GOING TO CHANGE THAT!

My Goals:
Want to lose 121 pounds ... have to start somewhere.

My Program:
 Eating small and often. The plan so far (I will let you know if it changes) is to eat 5 small (300 calorie) meals / snacks per day. That way you are not famished all the time.

Drink the water! Move even though I hate exercising ... have to move.
