    Thanks for the friend add! And welcome back!!! Great decision!!! And hey I struggle with binge eating for MANY, many years...all the way up to a very unhappy, frustrated with nothing working 248lbs..And thats when the change happened :) Its still a weak area, and I have my struggle times---like this past weekend/week (on a lower scale) but its still something I have to keep an eye on the blasted thing! But come through almost 4 years of alot of "blood sweat and tears" and joys, pride and triumphs!!! :) AND I so know the same can happen for YOU!!!! emoticon (BTW, it didn't take that long to get to maintenance mode) Also, I want to say I LOVE your title...because THAT concept is what changed things with me. I committed to healthy for the rest of my life! Not a diet. So I'm glad you are thinking healthy (yes, its a challenge in this day! and to reprogram our minds!!) But you SO can do it and you are here with "millions" of sparkers to cheer ya on!!! emoticon You have a wonderful day beautiful ladiee!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    That SUCKS about your home...ugh!!
    I actually took a month out myself, I came off low carb. I didn't get totally out of control but I needed time to readjust back to normal food. But back on track and back to losing! How have you been doing?

    OMG, I'm so excited for you to give Low Carb a go! I'm happy to be inspiring...trust me, 6 months ago when I first started trying to lose weight again, I was just like you. Used to try and survive on next to nothing all day and then be starving at night! When I did actually stick to a low fat diet, I was just hungry ALL the time and thought about food constantly!

    You'll probably do better than me if you're not really a 'carby' person. I am a self-confessed carb lover...and I have a major sweet tooth too! I haven't had chocolate in 2 months....EEEEEK! I used to eat like 3 bars a day at my desk at work...easy!

    Now, every time I get a sugar craving, I have a coffee (with sweeteners) and cream (not milk). And because I take two sweeteners, it usually sorts me out. Now that I can't have sugar, I treat myself to the expensive coffee instead haha. I have like 3 or 4 cups a day.

    I just thought - screw it, nothing else has worked, I'll give Low Carb a go for two weeks and see how much I lose and here I am two months later, swearing by it =) And it's only got easier, those first two weeks were actually the hardest (but the best for weightloss). It's good for working out too. It usually takes your body 20 minutes of cardio before you start burning body fat but Low Carbers burn body fat as soon as they start working out =)

    Only downsides are that pretty much everything you eat has to be cooked, not a lot of things you can just grab on the go so you really need to plan your meals and cook things in advance.

    Anyway, I've retaliated to your novel with a novel of my own hahahaha!

    Hope ya kill it this week!
