Hi, Welcome to a peak into my Journey. I have lots of challenges in my life an I decided I would add one more challeng. I am gonna work on my weight. Making this choice to do this now comes at a not so great time of the month lol but oh well I will work it out. I don't exactly have to many good for me foods in my cabinets an fridge currently but I plan to make do with what I have till next Thursday when I can go buy groceries. But bright side i have a week to figure a healthy grocery list an maybe I can succeed in making a meal plan. But honestly me an trying to make meal plans don't seem to work to well lol. But maybe a meal list would work better. But I got a whole week to get it figured out. I Always try to find the positive in every thing. Life is way to short to be negative. (12/ 28/18)

My Goals:
1. To maintain healthy eating choices 90% of the time daily.
2. Drink more water daily.
3. To cut out mindless eating.
4. Become more self aware of my hunger signs.
5. Eat 3 meals a day sitting at the table. No Tv an drinking glass water with meal.
6. Find a Exercise video I can work out with.
7. Work out at least 10 minutes each day.
8. Track food an Water daily.I
9. Read in Spark daily.

I enjoy reading if your a reader an got a good recommendation let me know. I also play games on apps with my kindle or phone.


Other Information:
I have a Rare disease called Reflex Sympathetic dystrophy or another name is Complex regional pain disorder. I also have Fibromyalgia an Rheumatoid arthritis. plus some other health issues. So life for me is a challenge to maintain my independence. But With no help or support my stubborn survivor instinct Livonia in an I do Good.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March.
