Hi everybody,

My name is Jossie and I'm the mother of three wonderful children: an 8 year old boy and 2 year old twins and married to a wonderful man.

A few years ago, as a result of going thru invitro fertilization, I gained a lot of weight, but it was all worth it because I got pregnant with my twins (boy and girl).

Right now my goal is to lose all this weight and I hope to do it by eating healthy ,using my elliptical machine and weights feel this year I can do it.

First I'm going to maintain a healthy physique by eating complete proteins, this increase my BMR ( basal metabolic rate) and eating complex carbohydrates found it in fresh fruit, whole grains and vegetables, I will slow the carb to fat conversion process even more.This is why I should never eat complex carbohydrates alone always together. And is important to proper size serving.

I prefer to burn energy from carbohydrates rather than fat because when I excess fat, your metabolic rate does not change and fat doesn't dissolve in the blood like carbs do instead all go wrong places.

What I need to do everyday:
Eat 5 or 6 small meals every day.
Eat every 2 to 3 hours.
Combine lean protein and Complex carbs at each meal.
Drink water, water.
Consume healthy fats each day (flax seed).
Eat product with highest fiber content ( bread and cereal).
Take my vitamins.
My last meal will be at 6pm (I always hear from husband to don't eat that late)..

Also I'm focus on training the large muscle group like butt, legs, chest and back.And don't forgetting doing my crunches.Training with weight is one of the best way to accomplish this.

To maximize my metabolic boost I will perform a cardio exercise at the maximum level for a period of time,say, 2 to 5 minutes, and then dropping the level of intensity for the same period of time and repeat for as long I can manage.

My routing everyday is to eat healthy and do my cardio in the morning and weight in the afternoon. Is the best way to built up little here and loss little there.

To be a size 3 or 5 like I used to be when I was a model.

To run a 10k in 2008.

To become a better person every day.

My Program:
Is to run or exercise 4 times a week.

Burned 500 calories minimal when I work out.

Drink lots of water all day.

Stick to a healthy diet.And eating clean,fresh vegetables and fruit, whole grains and lean protein and proper serving sizes.

Be active all day.

To lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.

To tone my ABS and rest of my body more.

I'm super friendly and I hope I find people who like to share the same goals and interests.

I love outdoors.Water ski and Snow ski, hiking and running is my passion.

My favorite color is pink, blue, yellow and orange.

Other Information:
Favorite movie is "Gone with the Wind".
