Thanks for responding to my comments on the vegan team's coffee break. Sounds like we have quite a few things in common as I love to knit and quilt and many other crafty things. At the moment I'm in crochet mode.

It looks like you've been MIA in SP land for a while, but welcome to the Slimming Seniors! Your "handle" caught my eye because I'm a knitter, too. Just joined a very enjoyable knit group so I've been doing a lot of knitting lately, and neglecting my quilting.
Good luck with the desire for fewer carbs. That's my weakness, too. Bread and pasta will make my weight go up immediately.

I had a bad week with business travel, fnd it impossible to stay on the program, could not track, had no real access to healthy food during the day...had to go about ten hours without food, no chance for a good breakfast......so i took a week off and am not stressing about it...will get back on the wagon tomorrow. 2616 days ago
