I've never been healthy. I was the fat kid growing up. My diet was horrible and I was not into sports or physical activity other than horseback riding once a week.

The pictures I saw from that summer prompted me to take action. I tried teaching myself how to eat right and workout, but I was never able to stay consistent and my weight yo-yo'ed as a result.
I joined SP in 2011 which fast tracked my weight loss. On January 28, 2014 (my 29th birthday) I was 170lbs! In September 2014, I ran my first 10k! The following month, I became a certified PiYo Instructor. By January 2015, I was 158lbs!
Then something happened. Throughout 2015, the weight slowly began to creep back on as I ran less. It has been a slow downward spiral, but here I am 186lbs.
