Triathlete and ultramarathoner who loves to bake (and consequently eat). I've got a desk job in the food industry, so there's always junk food on the table 5 feet behind my desk... temptation!! I love running, but even 50+ miles/week is not enough to counteract all the food I eat. Oops! Time to change the balance and get down to a better racing weight (so less stuff jiggles when I run).

Want to get weight under 150, maybe even 145. Or, body fat under 18%. Beyond that, in 2011 I'll be working to improve my marathon PR with the ultimate goal of sub-3 hour.
