My Goals:
I don't exactly have a main goal in mind for my weight. I like to take it one step at a time. My current goal is to get down to at least 200 pounds and then I'll make a new goal.

My Program:
 I don't have a program yet. I'm starting on the treadmill. Looking to do that every day for 30 minutes to an hour.
