I have been on a steady journey of gaining weight since the birth of my first son 19 years ago. I have now gained 50 pounds and it is time I do something about it.
It is New Years Eve 2013. I will turn 50 in June. I have been having a very hard time losing weight. I want to be healthy! I will give this my best shot!
