Hi my name is Julie. I am back on spark. I have left for awhile, but coming back! I really love this site and all that it has to offer. I have been struggling to keep my weight loss off. I have been a yo-yo since last year. I have been loosing and gaining 20 pounds. I really want to lose it and keep it off. It is a little harder now. I met the love of my life and he loves to eat. We both are in good shape, but it is hard when you are insanely happy you eat and also my boyfriend has such a sweet ...

I am going to try with small changes and build back up to getting to a point of saying NO! Let's do this!!

    I am so sorry ...Mother's are special. I am sure that when my Mom passes on I will feel like a orphan. I am 63 years old....you just never get to old to miss your Mother. She made it through this illness by the Grace of God....but one day I will have to say goodbye. Thanks for sharing part of your story. Bless you. emoticon

    Sweetie I went back and read your post again and realized you were talking about your Grandmother. I am so sorry. I wrote a whole blog about my Grandmother on Spark People a few years back....I will find it and tell you about it. Grandmothers are very Special. emoticon
