Dancing Queen. Skinny arms and baggy clothes. My nose was even smaller :(

My boobs would now fill that dress, but too bad the rest of me won't fit into it.

Thanks to my friends for starting this challenge that goes through March. Not only am I looking to kick their butts, but most importantly to be a whole new person and go back to being a younger self.

Fitness Minutes: 6,139

My Goals:
I broke my weight loss goals down into 5 sections and tried using the Smart Strategy.

Goal 1- Lose 10 lbs, eat healthy, and workout 4x each week.
Due Date – January 12, 2008

My Program:
- Journal Food Daily, Plan and pack lunch, watch portions, increase water, include green tea, limit drinking and desserts.
- Wear pedometer and record steps, Join a gym, Workout 4x each week 30 mins of cardio, 15 mins of abs, and 30 mins of weights.
Reward- Painting Classes ($120-$250)

I'm an artsy person who enjoys creativity, which is why I really like trying new things. I love the outdoors, camping and playgrounds. Goal 2- Lose 25lbs and Run a 10 min mile.
Due Date- February 29, 2008
- 1 week liver detox with milk thistle for my poor liver. Develop better understanding of seasonal fruits and veggies in order to prepare grocery lists and weekly food prep. Food journal, lunches, and maintain portion control.
- Go Skiing. Workout 4x each week 45 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights. 15 mins of abs daily. Take workout class 1x each week.
Reward- New Orleans Volunteer Trip ( $150+airfare/transportation, $? weekend)

Goal 3- Lose 30 lbs and Fit into my old jeans.
- Learn to make more ethnic foods with Cooking Class/Chinese grocery store walk through.
- Workout 4x each week 45 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights. 25 mins of abs daily. 2x each week 30 Mins of stretching/yoga. Take workout class 1x each week.
Due Date- March 14, 2008
Reward- Boston Weekend

Goal 4- Lose 35lbs and Rock Climb.
