Over the past 2 years I have successfully lost and maintained a 140 pound weight loss. I am trying to learn how to live life. It is all about balance and I need to get a little more of that back. These past 2 years have been a whirlwind of emotions and have given me a plethora of learning experiences and now I just want to be able to live, stay healthy and treat my body how it deserves to be treated.

Still doing amazing keeping within my goal range, running, lifting and living life!!!

Update *1/1/15
Maintenance is finally feeling "normal". I''m learning how to enjoy treats, in moderation of course, and just throughly loving life.

Update *12/16/18
Since hitting my goal weight in 2012 I’ve had my first setback year. I am still working out everyday but have been way to relaxed with food. 😳 I am 15 pounds from my maintenance goal and 25 pounds from my preferred weight. Guess it’s time to jump back on the weight loss mentality and get rid of this extra weight.

2014 GOALS

1/2 Marathon- Signed up for 5/17/14
*Done!! Finished in 1:56:42

Run a 10k
*Done 7/4/14 in 50:49

5k with the family

Do 1 Pull Up
*Success!!!!


My Program:
Workout 3+ times a week

Strength Training!!!!

Eat clean and healthy (most of the time)

1200-1500 calories a day (or more depending on the day)
