I joined SparkPeople in 2007, weighing in about 225 lbs. In 2013, after a ton of work and fun, I reached ONEDERLAND for the first time in nine years. It was awesome to see that "1" on the scale. Unfortunately, I haven't see it since.

It's 2018, I'm back on SparkPeople, and ready to continue on my path towards excellent health. I'm hoping to reconnect with any old friends that are still around and to make new friends.
