Fighting to Stay Healthy
The slippery slope towards aging turned into a "thunk" landing at 60 ( Can't believe it!). I'm hoping to enjoy life to the fullest during this decade and beyond. Could easily be a couch potato or is it computer addict?
At maintenance weight and hoping to stay here the rest of my life. Up until now I have been a yo-yo dieter. The weight always seemed to sneak back on. Hoping the tools I have learned will help me maintain my healthy habits.
Married for 37 years to ...

Goals:
-Challenging cardio workouts at least 5 times per week
-Weight train at least 2ice per week.
-Maintain goal weight.
-Continue following the low carb, no white flour/sugar diet that makes me feel healthy.
-Do fun exercise.
-Make more time for myself.
My Program:
- Planning menus a week in advance ( it is a plan and may change)
- Eating meals and snacks as planned
-Stepping on the scale weekly
-Logging Exercise on the fitness tracker
-Staying connected to SPARK for inspiration, information and motivation.
