So sorry to hear you are morning sick. That was the worst part of pregnancy for me. I hope that you are able to rest and fit in some easy exercise until you are feeling better. You will probably just need to take things one day at a time. In my last pregnancy (which I started much heavier than my first), I only gained 15 lbs and lost it all within three weeks of giving birth. I hope that you are getting rest. I found that I was exhausted when pregnant. The extra sleep is good for you especially with you being faithful to your exercise program. Hope you are enjoying the baby fit website. I am sure that you will be able to connect with a lot of interesting people there.

Well first week all done. Got up each morning and walked on my treadmill for 40min on an incline of 8 speed 3. Worked all day, ate supper and was so tired I'd fall asleep until my bf would wake me up for bed. Slept all night too. Hope I get more into the routine next week and can stay awake past 7.
