    Thanks for the comment Jeni! Yes, it is definately a challenge getting in workouts as a mom. You know what though?! You CAN do it! Sometimes all it takes is a push to get us past the hurdle of getting there! I know when I started I wondered how I was gonna do it. I realized, though, that if I wanted to do it I would just make it happen. And so far, I've been pretty successful! Don't get me wrong, I've had my peaks and valleys, it's normal. It's just knowing keeping a strong mind, remembering that YOU are important, and being consistent. I almost see it as mind management since that seems to be what gets in the way half the time! I know if my body is still functioning that all I need to do is get past the mind hurdles and within 30 minutes...I"m feeling good!
    Keep in touch. I'd love to talk with you throughout your journey to see how things are going and to provide support. I always need it too so together I'm sure we can attain our goals! did you notice that we had the same one? I started at 170 and am shooting for 130 too! I'm at 146 now so I have 16 to go (the hardest as I am finding out!). All the best to you! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Thanks for the comment! Thank you for sharing your experience with me. I am not glad to see you are having the same struggles I am having, but it is good to know I am not alone! It's amazing how much we have in common. I am still trying to get back on track myself. I keep falling off on the weekend.

    Thanks for the add, I've added you too! I can totally relate to the pregnancy thing! With my last one, who is now 22 months old, I did pretty good through pregnancy and actually lost quite a bit after he was born and I was nursing. Then I stopped nursing when he was about 5 months old, but I kept eating too much. I gained it all back and then some. I'm about 10 lbs from pre-pregnancy weight now, and then I have about another 10 - 15 to lose after that. We can do this, we're moms, we're tough!!
