    It is totally rough but you will make it, I was were you were when I started it. To help rev up your metabolism and speed weightloss, take a 30 min walk 2 to 3 times a week,, it will most def. help. Oh, I also ate a ton of protein like for all my snacks I ate a cheese stick (individually wrapped). For most my meals I ate chicken adn for some meals I would have chili with sour cream and cheese. Mostly I ate some form of chicken and I had vegetables adn I used I cannot believe its not butter spray on them, I had a lot and I mean a lot of salads so many I got sick of them lol and I used a low sugar dressing on them like ranch or french or ceasar any kind really. Hope this helps!!

    Thanks. Transitioning, I lost 15lbs. in the first week. I cheated too. lol. hmmm... Well here is a little trick that My mom and me did (when you sit down to eat your meal and in week one they make you eat tons of veggies, well we just ate until we were stuffed and we did not care about portions, and as for week 2 I never made it that far lol. I stayed on week one way tooo long.

    Thats terrible i hate when that happens *ERRRRRR* I myself am stuck around 185 - 188lbs. now. I did excercise for 2 hours this week, once i am over this sickness that is going around i hope to be up and in the gym again. :O) keep at it and the weight loss will come, trust me I didn't even think i was losing weight until people kept complimenting me and saying stuff and I was like wow really for real , lol. ;P stick with it!!!!

    I lost 15lbs in one week. No I did not work out at all. lol. but you should, I stayed on too long and I started getting bruised alot and really emotional. I dont think one extra week will hurt you too much. Good Luck. Keep at it.
