New Beginning


I am looking forward to a new beginning on a new chapter of my life. With the Grace of God and the motivation of SparkPeople, I am excited about working towards my goals.

Fitness Minutes: 614

My Goals:
Start an excercise program
Drink 64 oz. of water a day
Work on craft project 3 times a week
Read my Bible everyday

My Program:
 I will be keeping calorie intake to 1200-1550 per day.
Will be using excercise bike and Wii for fitness.
Craft projects to help with stress level.


Personal Information:
I live in colorado. I have 3 kids and 1 granddaughter and have been married 30 years. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia , but God sees me through daily.

Other Information:
 I enjoy sewing, crocheting, counted cross stitch, photography and scrapebooking. As a family we enjoy camping and fishing.
