    Hi Beaumont Area Sparker!! SRCASSEY & I have been talking & we are going to meet up this Saturday morning at the seating area in front of Channel 4 in Parkdale Mall to walk. Come out & join us for some exercise & visiting! We're going to try to make this a weekly occurrence so if you can't make it out this week, pencil it into your calendar for next weekend!! Bring your kiddos with you too, SRCASSEY will have her lil one & I may have a few of mine too. If you think you can make it, let us know so we will know how many to expect. Don't worry, if you don't RSVP....come on anyways!!! Hope to see you out there this weekend!!

    This weekend was ok for me. No gain or loss. I'm ok with that. :) Other than the Friday night debacle, I felt like a did a decent job with portion control! So I'm proud of myself and you too! We can do this!!
