Serial weight loser, looking for life time of maintenance. Made goal weight May 2016. Do not eat sugar or flour, looking for like minded sparkers. Walk 5 K at 0600 daily, yoga on Tuesdays, water aerobics on Wed & Fri, and Feldenkrais (google) on Thursdays & Saturdays all essential for maintaining my ideal weight.

    Irna- trips are on the back burner for a bit. DH not yet cleared to fly but we are planning some short local trips.

    My manicure is my reward for being LT--I get it done about every 3 weeks. I don't take special precautions in the kitchen, but I do wear gloves for the garden. My little secret is a French manicure--it looks fresh and clean way longer than colors--I know French isn't trending anymore--but I have never been one for caring much about trends.

    How's your morning walk and your swim wogging etc?
    How's your neighbors and the foster doggie?

    Same old, same old around here (except we had lots of rain and our river is back-YaY!) --just without medical dramas--thankfully.
    I am still doing with LCHF --it is truly way easier than I ever thought possible.
