Introduction Text Welcome! This is what I know after being on this journey with my body: I am grateful to have a body! I am grateful to feel my lungs take in air, to feel my heart pump, to be able to run, I'm even grateful to feel sore and attempt exercises that are tough! I know I have the ABILITY and the long term drive to create the best body that I can as a GIFT to myself. I also know that for me it is not about looking perfect. It's about feeling physically great and ENJOYING the mental pick me up that TAKING GOOD CARE of myself brings. It is about increasing my abilities while simultaneously not feeling guilty every time I open my mouth to eat. FOR ME IT'S ABOUT DISCOVERING WHAT TRULY IS POSSIBLE! It is important to me to honor God for the life He's given me! THANK YOU! I have finally accepted that I will always have to exercise 4-6 days a week. I will always have to mind my calories. I will always have to challenge myself in order to not get bored. I will always have to weigh myself to keep in check. I know that if I treat myself calorically, that I will have to put in extra work. I KNOW there will never be a future point in time when I won't want to look and feel my best!

I am a Texan living in amazing Colorado. I love art, music, film and good books especially the ones that may you laugh, cry or both. I am a member to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (the Mormons) and have a testimony of Jesus Christ. I am trying to live by His principles. I am extremely imperfect but striving to be kind, loving and enduring well is always on my mind. I try to feed my mind and spirit through study of the scriptures and serving others. Working out helps me have gratitude for the body God gifted to me. I am happiest when I get out side my (self centered) head. One day I WILL speak Spanish and play the violin and piano
