Getting physical...


Spark enables me to stay friends with my body. It means mainly eating well and celebrating what I can do, instead of whining over what I can't do (for the moment!).
I am now a vegan, a starchivore.
Current goal: return to my pre pregnancy weight, around 55 kilos.

My Goals:
To be fit, more toned up; to strengthen my joints enough so that I'll be able to run 5K

My Program:
 Regular strength training

Cardio training that doesn't hurt my knees;

In addition, of course - healthy food that's good for my Insulin resistant body :-)


Personal Information:
I'm a translator and a part time lecturer from central Israel;

 Currently going through fertility treatments...

If I had to believe in a religion, it would be Sikhism. But I don't have to.
