Introduction Text I am definitely a Rainy Day Person - I love to be outside, but I find it hard to not DO something - I hope to harness that and be an excellent example to my son (8). I live and work in Kingston, Ontario. I lost 70 pounds as of May 10, 2010, and have maintained my new weight using Spark People since then.

I have taken my goal weight from the Canadian Heart and Stroke Association's target for my height: 130 - 140lbs. I will to hit my Goal Weight - and I will stay there! I want my knees to love me back, and I want to run not worrying about them!
