My Goals:
I am losing weight to lessen my pain. I am losing weight to be able to hike again. I am exercising more each day to be the person God intended me to be.

My Program:
 Leaning to eat according to nutrition not just calories. I am finding natural food remedies to help me lose weight and to lessen the symptoms of fibro and IBS.
I am trying to exercise with moderation, which is very difficult for me. I always look at exercising as a mountain that needs to be conquered.



Personal Information:
I live in Forsyth, Mo.
I work in Branson, Mo.


Other Information:
 Being overweight is a burden that I placed om myself, and now that burden is going to roll away.
