MY name is Heather. I am married with three rambunctious boys. I have one bad dog that I love. I teach fourth grade. I love to read and watch TV.

I have been a member of spark for awhile. I worked really hard to lose about 30 lbs but easily found all but 4...sigh...

My Goals:
In the past year, I have become more active and have lost some weight, slowly, which I don't mind. My goal is to make small permanent changes for better health.

My Program:
 My goals for now are to drink water and have some sort of fitness activity daily.


Personal Information:
I live in Covington, TN, a small town just north of Memphis. I have four boys, a husband and three sons, that keep me busy. I also have 20 "adopted" children at school (my students).

Other Information:
 I love watching TV! I know I shouldn't say that, but it is the truth. LOL!
