A place where we are warmed by the presence of each other without being burned! A fire burning to light the way, not raging out of control!

To change the idea that working out is something un-enjoyable and a waste of time to the idea that working out is the vehicle that can transform me and my life into one that can provide me with the enjoyable things that I now lack in my life!

Own the understanding that a solid foundation leads to success! Become commited and motivated, understanding that with each step, the goals draw closer and with every failed step that I must acknowlege the need to continue towards my goal and never give up!

There's two directions! Up towards our hopes and dreams or down to the pit of despair w/o a chance of ever attaining them! To stop moving is to fall for we must fly to new heights to reach the stars!
