My name is Amber im 32. I am a wife and a mother of a 7 yr old daughter. Just want to be a feel healthy. I want to be able to keep up with my daughter. I want to show her the healthy ways to eat and live. Hopefully then she will lead a healthy life as well. We have been trying for a second child, but it hasn't took yet. I believe my weight is the biggest problem. Hoping after I have lost some weight we will be on our way to a bigger family.

My Goals:
My all around goals are:
1. Lose enough weight to have a baby.
2. Lose enough to no longer be pre-diabetic
3. Be able to keep up with my current and future children.
4. Live a long life for my children
5. Teach my husband and children a healthy way of life through example
6. Love myself
7. Feel confident in who I am and how I look.


My Program:
For the immediate future I will work to reach my goals by:
1. 10 minutes of exercise a day
2. Strength training 3 times a week
3. Make healthy eating choices
4. Stay within my calories every day
5. Weigh in only once a week.
6. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
7. Reach at least 5000 steps a day.
8. No night time bingeing. (I recognize my addiction to food and will treat is as such)
9. Limit TV to up to one hour a day.
10. Get 8 hours of sleep a day
11. Go to bed by 11 every night.
12. Remind myself that I will not let anything come between me and my goals.
