Vision is infinitely greater than baggage-breakthrouh


I am the stay at home mom of 5. Over the years I have disconnected from my own needs and only taken care of myself by eating. I have become a "double me"...forget just a double chin! I realized I felt I needed to be BIGGER to carry all I needed to. I am now ready to make myself STRONG enough to carry all I need to by taking care of myself.

My Goals:
I am starting small and slow so that it is a sustainable change. I am:

Drinking at least 8 Glasses of water a day

Logging my food and exercise

Doing EFT taping daily

Exercising at least 10 minutesa day

Wearing my Fit bit One to become aware of how much I move...or don't!

My Program:
 I am walking, doing Qi Gong, using SP videos and my stationary bike for now.

I am also listening to the 2013 World Tapping Summit.
