The 50th time is the charm!
Here I am once again starting over. The last time I experienced success before I fell off the wagon, I had joined a forum and logged in daily and discussed with online friends goals andchallenges. It was the key for me. The forum was taken down and it is PART of the reason I fell off the wagon. The other part is me. This has been a lifelong struggle and I am now facing a few health issues. I am however excited and I have enough knowledge and tools to succed...just now need to keep the ...

I REALLY REALLY would like to figure out WHY I keep losing track when I know from experience how great it feels to eat well and exercise regularily, not to mention how terrific success feels and how miserable failure or not doing anything feels.
My Program:
My first goals are to complete the 28 day start plan from the Spark

I'm from Canada as well. Out here on the west coast we tend to have a fairly long fall and not so much of winter. Thank goodness!!
