It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

To answer your question, RunKeeper refers to a web site and its companion smart phone app that can be used to track running, walking, and similar activities. The web site does not stand out among its peers, but the iPhone app that goes with it is the best of the free GPS tracking/mapping apps for running that I've tested. That, plus the fact that I have family on RunKeeper, is why I'm using RunKeeper instead of Daily Mile or some other app and web site to track my runs. 3001 days ago
