I am currently 61 years old and I have been overweight since college. During that time I have constantly been on one diet after another. Three times I have lost over 100 pounds. Twice I gained it back. I am currently at my goal weight and I want to stay here this time. Exercise, consistency, and making healthy choices every day are key. Being strong enough to do it when things get stressful is my weakness. I just keep trying.

My Goals:
To realize my "likes" have changed. Sometimes I feel sorry for myself because I can't eat like I use to, but I am beginning to realize I don't WANT to eat that way anymore. This doesn't mean that I don't eat pizza and drink beer, but I don't WANT it every night or even every month. I am happy when I snack on grapes or finish a Crossfit workout. I have changed. I just need to realize it.
