Sticking with it!!


Been away a long time but this was where it started for me on a whim...glad I am a spur of the moment person..Hope all of my buddies on here have been doing great too!! Sorry I have been away for so long but I have been extremely busy and not nearly as much time for the computer!

Fitness Minutes: 15,515

My Goals:
I just wanna reclaim the body i had before breaking my back. I am 6' 2" and weigh around 280 ..trying to get to 250!!

My Program:
 I had to start slow because of a recent back surgery...but lately I have been getting much stronger. I do long vigorous walks, lift weights, and lots of stretching exercises.

    Hi Friend! Thanks for stopping by to see me - it has been a month of Sundays. I just got back from a great family trip so I smiling all the way. How about you? I imagine it is starting to get cold in your neck of the woods by now. My trip was to MO and much to my surprise, I didn't even need a jacket. Even after all the fun, I am glad to be home.
