My Goals:
I want to lose weight, and get moving! Not just to look better, but to regain a healthy body and mind and enjoy a healthy lifestyle!

 I am going to be following the Change One diet...basically a retraining of healthy eating habits and
start exercising!!

2010 was a pretty wild year;
I left my job on 7/1/10
DH signed papers for an early retirement as of 1/31/2010 on 7/6/10 and then on 7/12/10 he was diagnosed with advance stage lung cancer. We fought the good fight until God called him home on 3/5/2012. Since then I have been learning how to keep on living. Must say it took me awhile but for the most part life is good! Now I am ready to begin.......living life to the fullest!
