YOU CAN DO ANYTHING THRU CHRIST!!


I am currently just starting my weight lost quest! After all the dieting and quick fix methods I realized that the only way to lose weight and maintain it is to change lifestyle as a whole! I know it will take awhile but with God you can conquer anything! Thank you Jesus!

My Goals:
Short term GOALS:
1. To be down 20lbs by December.
2. Be under 300lbs by the end of Jan. 2011
3. Be down 100lbs by my birthday in Oct. 2011.
Over all GOAL:
1. Live a healthier life on no meds.
2. Grow old with my husband
3. Be around to watch my children to grow up!

My Program:
 I go to the gym 7 days a week for cardio! I do strengthening exercise 6 out of the 7 days working different parts of the body. Watching what I eat and portion size!
