    Hi !! I saw your post about having urges while at your desk...

    I thought I would drop you a quick note with a couple of suggestions that work for me...I am the urges Queen *laughs*

    Call someone - I find when I am on the phone I don't eat....and usually its a distraction until the urge passes.

    Go for a walk - a change of scenery can really help.

    Chew gum - keeping my jaws busy can distract me

    Brush your teeth - this works well for me to prevent evening snacking.

    Keep healthy snack options in your desk - If you are having urges sometimes a snack will get you through it.
