Introduction Text i had been a slender girl almost all my life. After taking care of my ill grandmamma and staying at ome with her I gained some pounds. Went to Jenny Craig and I loose some and also found a job. Then I got married, for that time I was between 125-130, but after the wedding I gained more than 20. I went to a nutritionist and she adviced me to loose some weight, which I did, but I gained again. Now I am trying to conceive and although my dr thinks I am fine he also advices me to loose few pounds before get pg, that way I will feel good, healthy and happy and when I gain weigt because the pegnancy I won't be so heavy.

Besides the fact I know I need to loose few pounds now, my more important goal in life is getting pregnant and have children. Although I am not so overweight I know that if I loose those 18 pounds I will feel better under my skin and also have a healthy life.

Right know, joining SparkPeople. Also I am making some research about how I can make some changes in my life style invloving all the family members, which means, my husband.

At home we like to cook. My husband is a professional chef with ove25 years of experience and I although I am not a professional cook I like to bake. We enjoy the good cuisine. When we are not eating or cooking, I like to do some crochet, crosstiching, "chat" with my FF buddies.
