Kick off a new year new goals.

Marathon run or walk April 15th.

Loose 30 lbs by April 15th. Stick to food plan.

Get up 430am stretch and meditate for 30 minutes each morning.

Focus on sales. 6 sales a month follow business goals.

Come home do training schedule plus ab workout.

Blog each day for next 30 days.

Log food, exercises and emotions. Talk about business goals

January 14th 2011.. How many 1st days can I have. Really Barb. New Plan Tiffany just left for colledge again so I think it's a much easier time to start. I was very proud of us! She wants to learn how to cook so we really focused on teaching her how to cook a certain meal and making healthy choices. I would say 75% was a healthy choice. Then we ate out and crud wine steak etc.. So as much as we were excited about some of the examples we did teach her and she loved we also went off the wagon too.
So Day 1.. Nailed it at the gym a good 100 minutes(easy part). Now today I have logged all my food and stuck to the healthy choices.
I decided I want to reward myself ever 10 days. Also that is when I will weigh in. The rewards may be getting a new nook book being able to read instead of cleaning something simple when the weather gets better bike rides and hikes.
So I am going to make it 10days! Check back soon.

January 1st 2011...
I am still dealing with the foo

I have decided to start 1 week at a time of;
Packing my lunches and measuring the amounts.
Also, my dinner focus on eating enough calories and the right calories.
Log my food daily.
So Jan 3rd -9th. I will check back in to confirm.
It's going to be good.

Oct 5th getting off to a rough start this goal. But, I can only change what's in front of me. Today I did get back into the gym 4 mile run. I did log my food. I haven't stuck to the plan regarding food. Tonight I have my dinner planned (healthy and paleo) I have my lunch for tomorrow ready and my gym bag is packed for tomorrow am. I know I can do this 30 days in a row and the challange will be the food. The difference in what I want is only the food I HAVE EVERYTHING ELSE solid. I am worth sticking to the plan and I am going to do this.

October 2nd 2010, Today I am really going to nail this. Day 2 is going to be great. Today I will log my food and stick to a plan!
Keep on track and log my progress! I will be successful this month.

06/10/10 Ok it's been a while and I do great on the workout's they are a piece of cake. The food on the other hand is so hard for me. I don't have a problem eating fast food or anything like that. I have a problem eating enough food and the right balance of food. I am making a new challange for 1 week starting on 06/13 strictly fruits, veggies and meats and I am making a commitment to eating 5 times a day. I will check in again 06/20.

3/24/10 I am so excited and trying really hard not to worry about the scale. I am almost into a solid size 8. My 10's are getting roomy. I am very strong. I challange myself each and every workout. People comment on it at the gym all the time and ask me for tips. I have had a goal belt (harley Davidson) for 6 years now and the other day we went riding and I was scared to try it on. I did and crap its almost to big. WTH I really laughed and thought quit focusing on the scale silly woman. I have also had a pair of jeans you know the ones that say what size they are and you just don't see how that could be possible. Well we went for a ride again and I thought they were these other comfy jeans to wear with my chaps. (plus they are a little big) last years riding pants. I got home and changed and realized the next am they were those skinny jeans and they were a little big and they were comfy.
So keep working on my same program and eating good it will pay off. I am hoping by summer to buy some cute shorts this year.
I do need to take more pictures. I feel so healthy and good. I love myself!

02/29/10 What a month. I have been working really hard and I have a much better handle on the food and alcohol etc. I am really feeling good in this journey and look forward to my workouts and the food plan that supports all the hard work I do. I have had major marriage stresses and realize I control my feelings and happiness. I will not let anyon take that away from me anymore. I will push hard, really hard this month. I am so strong. I love myself!

02/03/10 Just purchased size 10. I LOVE IT! I even put on size 8 zipped them up and they were just too tight for my liking. (but I got in them) So now my goal for Feb is size 8. I have to take some pictures this weekend. I feel great!

01/04/10 Yipee, today I signed up for a 90 day weight loss challenge. I am really pumped up. I also have been working on a speech to say "goodby size 12's." I am sorry I won't be needing you by the end of January.
This weekend I have to take updated pictures again.

12/22/09 Wow, what a great year. I have made great progress even with very stressfull times, marriage hurts, kids up and downs and lastly money struggles. I have learned quite a bit about myself. A new year and more goals. Lets do it!!! size 10 here I come.

10/21/09 The 57 days and counting. I have been doing tough workouts and really pushing for the size 10. I am going to get it. When I am struggling on the treadmill I just keep thinking size 10, size 10 over and over again. I am feeling stronger and healthier. I just the biggest looser book 30 days. I love that when one of the contestants siad when they thought about a bad food choice they asked themselves how much time at the gym will it take to burn this off! I am using that one all week with beer.

I have 83 days left until my 40th birthday. GOAL DAY 12/19! I promised myself I will do it for myself. We just got back from vacation for a week and need to get right back on track. I have my food plan and workout program. I am currently a size 12 and want to be a size 7/8. I do feel much more healthy and proud.

08/03/09 I'm frustrated with myself, 3 lbs back on. I did learn a big trigger. Marriage issues. I can't loose focus on me and my health. I am strong and I want this bad. I want this for me. I will hit it hard this week and take some numbers off the scale. I am going to look for a good motivation quote to hepl keep my focus this week.

06/09/09 I have kept that weight off and the scale hasn't moved. But, boy has my body toned it's amazing. I am so excited in one breath on the results of continuing to work out and I am seeing results. Very exciting. I am just frustrated to say and tell people I still have only lost 21lbs. Why is the scale not giving me the confidence?
Don and I decided to join the gym and he bought me a trainer. 3 days signed up so far and 3 hard workouts. Tomorrow I meet my trainer I am so excited. So when I signed up at the gym I was 189lbs. I will be kicking that number to the curb and weighing in on Monday's now. I feel strong and healthy and I have been even feeling so good I am staying away from the "B" word (beer). I do feel like we have changed our lifestyle and it's been a great 5 months so far. I am excited to see how I finish June up.

03/30/09 I am down 21 lbs. and still working on it.
I am not exactly where I hoped but still moving forward. I have implemented many healthy choices from day 1 and still have been sticking to it. I am excited about April and I already feel really successful.

I am 39 now and I really have been finding myself and feel great! I am ready for the next phase of my personal journey.

I am 38 and have a very great life. I am wanting very much to love my body again. I love helping other people any chance I can. But, I am needing to put myself first and take better care of me!
I am worth it!

    Thank you very much for the support! I started back to the gym yesterday and I feel great! Kickboxing is my most favorite thing... I think I would do it even if it didn't burn calories! LOL!

    I also changed my goal weight... I think I was afraid of failure, so I picked a safe number. But why not go for the gusto? 154 lbs is where my BMI become normal.... so I'm going for it, minus a pound for good luck! Hee hee!
