    Thanks for the bloglove. And this is ONE accomplishment I WILL give myself credit for. Even DH is praising me. As for the soda cracker - well - I'd just posted the day before about Not Eating While Assembling My Meals - and then I went and ate while assembling my meal. Drat. But that's why I'm not calling this process a "streak". I don't want to have to start at some figurative Day #1 every time I slip up. I want to explore the many aspects, benefits and prompts of this but ... I don't want to be held to some unimportant perfect status.

    And the snacklessness is working for me. There's been a drop in lbs from the wicked pre-Christmas gain. This is a great way to walk into the new year. So, the snackless adventure continues and I'll take it into 2019 with me. Hope your 2019 is twice as nice as 2018!

    emoticon for reading and commenting on my blog. I didn't write "the handbook"! It's all just gleaned from lists and sentences designed to motivate and inspire. I've printed it out for several years for my e-mail friends - Always with a couple minor changes but I think it covers most of the areas that need work? Glad you liked it! I appreciate you taking the time to read it!
