Seeking A Healthier, Happier Me


After gaining over 20 pounds in the two years since I've met and married my husband, I have become very unhappy with my size and lack of motivation. In addition to appearance issues, my cholesterol and blood pressure are both too high. It's time to make a change.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose at least 20 lbs and get rid of my problem area, my big fat tummy.

My Program:
 Regular cardio and strength training at home with exercise videos and treadmill. Increase water intake.
