I'm back, and heavier than ever. I don't even dare check the scale but I'm sure I'm 210 or so. At 190, my back aches from gut-hang, and I passed that marker months ago. I've been driving tractor-trailer, and even tho I pack yogurt, apples, sugar-free candies, juice and diet soda, I stop every other day for a "meal." But I got fired! So now I'm home and not constantly munching. I'm trying to eat ... well, maybe it amounts to one "balanced" meal ... a couple reasonable servings throughout the day. Cereal & yogurt; soup; tuna & lowfat mayo; cottage cheese; etc. At first that was easy, because I was so depressed and distraught. Now I feel "hungry" all the time. But I think I really just feel empty, and food is my only resource. I also feel like crap. I am unmotivated, weary; I feel too big to move -- swollen. My meds are screwed up from driving overnights... and now I have no health insurance because I missed the enrollment dates. I'm a wreck. BUT I manage to get on my ... cyclops... psych-lapse... arm/leg thing, evey couple of days. 10 minutes nearly kills my, but I DO it. (Cyclone... Eclipse... ELLIPTICAL!)

My Goals:
Lose weight, again, and maintain 135-145 pounds. "BMI-appropriate." And to increase body strength and improve muscle tone. ...170214.

My Program:
Eat 5-6 times per day, using SpkNutrition as guidance. Reduce sweets and candies; reduce Random Chomping. ...170214.

Personal Information:
Been an independent (freelance) bookkeeper since 2006. Also worked part-time driving jobs, and got my CDL in 2015. I haven't been able to get work locally, so I closed up my business and will (hopefully) start with a national trucking company in March.
This is why it's even more important to get "in shape," after sitting at a desk for 10 years. It's common for new drivers to gain weight, so I want to start with established "habits" of balanced meals and exercise.

Other Information:
Encourage by others' openess and support, and feel more comfortable sharing me information. Thanks to All!
